▶Key Accountabilities & KPI
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of o9 Planning System, ensuring successful deployment across demand, supply, and inventory planning functions.
• Manage end-to-end project governance including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, go-live, and hyper care.
• Act as key liaison between Global/Zone HQ, local business teams, and external consultants, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions by leveraging SAP (ECC/S4) integration with o9.
Build automated processes and reports using SQL and Python to support planning, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (APAC Planning and Tech Logistics team, SCM, Supply and Sales) to design, operate, and enhance the SCM Control Tower, ensuring end-to-end visibility and alignment with overall business objectives. Monitor key KPIs (e.g.,Forecast Accuracy, PPA, Inventory Freshness, DOI), analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper change management and training for end-users to maximize system adoption and planning excellence.
• Provide regular updates to top management and HQ regarding project progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
