• Support e-commerce professionals in planning and executing online strategies to achieve business objectives through Brand Shiseido's online malls (KAKAO, Naver, Coupang, Kurly and Chicor).
• Manage regular updates and maintenance of content and promotions on online malls.
• Liaise with external agencies to manage online operations, including product registration, customer Q&As, inventory management, and follow-up on mall events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage e-commerce operations.
• Regularly monitor and report on e-merchandising trends and online activities in the cosmetics industry.
