• Communicate regularly with New York head office for new store openings and renovation projects to ensure the vision and aesthetic of RL is delivered throughout stores and follow the approved standards. • Partner with designers and project managers in Architecture + Design Studio team, Brand Image team, Business Development team etc in each procedure to complete projects. • Communicate regularly with external parties including suppliers or vendors for furniture, fixtures and logistic partners. • Create decorative plans for fixtures, furniture, lightings and fitting rooms and other decorative items for all projects. • Source all decorative items in the plan from both of foreign and local vendors. • Purchase and procure approved decorative items and materials for new store openings and renovations. • Manage costs in order to ensure the project is executed within budget. • Provide timely updates and progress to all related parties on a regular basis. • Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in retail store design, interior design / decoration, visual merchandising or related field. Experience with free standing luxury retail store is a plus. • Working experience in global fashion label is a plus. • Having interests in interior design, architecture and fashion. • Excellent communication & organizational skills. • Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Illustrator. • Organized and accurate record keeping skills. • Effective communicator in English and Korean. • Ability to travel regionally as required for store openings. • Ability to work independently, but also work as a team.
