Develop and execute a commercial strategy for grid and energy services, focusing on BTM assets, VPPs, and (DER) software. Identify and analyze high-potential markets, emerging technologies, and policy-driven opportunities. Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations with key players like utilities, aggregators, and technology providers to develop growth roadmaps and joint ventures. Support the evaluation of investment and acquisition targets aligned with the company's grid services strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure commercial viability and successful execution of initiatives.

7-12 years in business development or strategy within the distributed energy, DERs, or grid services sectors. Deep understanding of the full energy value chain, from homeowners to utilities and ISOs. Must be familiar with key DER/VPP platforms Strong commercial judgment to evaluate market opportunities and structure partnerships. A solid grasp of VPP economics, BTM assets, and relevant regulatory policies (FERC, CPUC, CAISO) is essential. Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
