- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with brand goals
- Collaborate with Marketing managers to integrate PR initiatives into 360° marketing plans within the team.
- Identify and execute innovative opportunities to enhance brand visibility and image.
• Content Creation & Brand Guardianship
- Take ownership of content creation, ensuring all messaging reflects the brand’s tonality and values.
- Act as a brand guardian across all communications, providing guidance and feedback to ensure consistency.
- Develop compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Media Relations & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, and influencers.
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand team and DCM Growth Marketing Team to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
- Secure impactful media placements across print, digital, broadcast, and social platforms.
• Event Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of major media events, product launches, and key brand moments in collaboration with Marketing Managers within the team.
- Oversee logistics, content development, and media engagement for high-profile events.
