- Deliver and execute cascaded end-to-end marketing plan from Region brand on consumer, product and retail marketing (i.e. campaigns, new product launch) and all channels for total brand, in partnership with related team.
- Own end to end marketing for assigned marketing portfolio (either product, franchise, or channel based) with accountability for approved P&L spend, marketing campaigns, and collaboration across Pod team and brand team.
- Partner with Media and CRM for local execution of campaigns
- Partner with Online and commercial teams for execution of omnichannel plans and activations
- Lead brand events across all channels including influencers management, marketing collaterals with on-site operations support in collaborating with local commercial team and external PR agency.
- Localize creative assets cascaded from region brand for all platforms and work with local creative team or agency for adaptation and creation.
- Partner with owned media expertise to localize media plans and manage the operations across all brand owned media platforms.
- Partner with earned media expertise on influencer selection and manage agency brief and seeding (e.g., samples, personalized content) for GTM activations.
