Identify, develop and maintain key sales and marketing prospects of sufficient quality and quantity to achieve sales and contributions budgets.
Manage profile of prospect list by targeted order date, order size and order type to achieve sales and contribution budgets.
Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with key customer base.
Recognise sales opportunities for other divisions of Dematic and coordinate the appropriate resources
Work closely with sales support function groups particularly solution development and design & estimation team in preparing a proposal for customer
Monitor competitive activity and Marketing of any technical or commercial development.
Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries.
Monitor satisfaction of customer requirements from enquiry through to implementation and on-going servicing.
Ensure smooth and complete hand over of contracts – orders to designated Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with relevant procedures including contract review and design control.
Commercial and contractual awareness, to sufficiently exercise sound commercial judgment
Participate in marketing exhibitions and industry events as necessary
Develop a solid network of customers and industry contacts
Provide market and competitor intelligence
Work, Health, Safety & Environment (WHS&E)
자격 요건
Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
Proven solution sales ability (5+ years) including outstanding negotiation
skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
Understanding OH&S requirements.
Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to interact and liaise with all team members.
Business development and key account management skills.
Flexible and resourceful in the face of challenging situations.
Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers
