• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the organization • Support Head of sales to prepare Mid Term Sales plan presentation update • Support Sales team with analysis and preparation of internal documents including program profitability review, improvement initiatives, budget and forecast preparation, and scenario analysis • Prepare prototype and service quotations for customer submission • Support AP recovery and tracking, including outstanding invoices, tooling • Maintain customer database and ensure accuracy of customer information • Support monthly SAP data reporting • Assignment of additional responsibilities as needed

• Associates degree with right experience, but preferred BA • At least 1-3 years commercial experience in the automotive industry preferred • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and procedures quickly • Excellent organizational skills; task oriented, accurate, and efficient • Professional communication skills, verbal and written • Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, Power point), and familiarity with other web-based applications. • Proficiency with general financial principles and analysis • Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements
