As a Software Development Engineer, he performs as-is system architecture design, application design, and technology related to software solutions in accordance with the company's quality policies and regulations and provides development-related work and technical support to improve performance, cost reduction and quality of the software. The purpose of improvement is to ensure that products with the best functionality can be delivered.

- Cross-functional team activities according to prior development planning and operational procedures - Prototype development and deployment from MVP to before production release - Code review before production deployment & improvement of prior issues - System design and production deployment plan establishment - Technical document preparation/review (system architecture diagrams/coding standards/deployment plans/technical risk assessment, etc.) - Analysis of investment feasibility of new technology stack and review of adoption - Technology specification review and implementation progress tracking - Evaluation, integration, deployment, validation, and performance report - Development tools & framework design and environment set-up - Post deployment management (license management, version control, maintenance support) - Technical work support that occurs during deployment-issue resolution - Technical support for third-party vendors and set-up of new features - Training to improve developer skills - Response to client code review - Analysis and support for defective functionality - Development process improvement activity-Performance enhancement / Cost reduction plan / Code quality improvement activity - Revision and version management of technical documents by system change and optimization activities
