• Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth including timely submission to Anaplan system • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L and cashflow. • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance • Collaborate/ effectively communicate with key stakeholders as a finance business partner, provide financial insights to drive commercial success • In-depth analysis on logistic cost breakdown structure and provide periodic forecast as a co-pilot • Continuously improve and simplify the process relating to planning, reporting, and performance measurement • Implement dashboard reports based on KPIs • Support business overview PPT preparation for management

• Minimum 3-4 years prior FP&A experience, 7-10 years in Finance sector in overall • BA in Accounting/ CPA preferred • Passionate, Analytical and problem-solving skills • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Good level of verbal and written communication skills • Good interpersonal and customer service skills • MS office proficiency • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines • Fluent in English for both writing & speaking
