We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) team. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products within the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) business area mainly in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services • Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing. • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • At least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry • For Sales Rep II level: minimum 3 years' relevant experience • For Sales Rep III: minimum 6 years’ relevant experience • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages • Computer and MS Office proficient • Active driver’s license • Industry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)

• Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
