The Head of Art and Culture provides strategic leadership for all art and cultural initiatives, aligning them with the COMPANY. This executive role oversees and program development, exhibitions, and partnerships by working closely with Central, Zone, and market team, enhancing impact, visibility, and brand desirability.

• Project Management: Oversee the comprehensive development, implementation, and management of high-quality, innovative art and culture programs and exhibitions specifically designed to showcase the brand's history, DNA, and unique savoir-faire. This includes but is not limited to: conceptualizing and curating exhibitions, sourcing and securing artwork/exhibited products from Paris, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, overseeing installation and de-installation, developing interpretive materials, and ensuring a seamless and engaging visitor experience.

• Min bachelor degree in Art, Communication, or Business related field. • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the art and culture sector. • Proven track record of strategic planning, program development, project management. • Deep understanding of the art world and current trends. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to build trusting relationship in a multinational matrix organization.
