Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure operational reliability
Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical systems
Lead improvement projects for equipment stability, efficiency, and cost optimization
Manage facility-related operations including HVAC, power, air compressors, fire safety, and water systems
Support equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning for new production lines
Maintain equipment records and systematize maintenance data through MES or other tools
Coordinate with R&D, production, QA, and external suppliers for seamless operation
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), ISO, and other regulatory standards
Support internal and external audits related to manufacturing facilities and equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility upgrades and production readiness
