Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure operational reliability Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical systems Lead improvement projects for equipment stability, efficiency, and cost optimization Manage facility-related operations including HVAC, power, air compressors, fire safety, and water systems Support equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning for new production lines Maintain equipment records and systematize maintenance data through MES or other tools Coordinate with R&D, production, QA, and external suppliers for seamless operation Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), ISO, and other regulatory standards Support internal and external audits related to manufacturing facilities and equipment Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility upgrades and production readiness

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering or related fields 5+ years of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance in manufacturing environments Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment Understanding of utility systems (power, HVAC, air, vacuum, etc.) and their operation Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership

Experience in cleanroom environments or digital healthcare/electronics manufacturing Familiarity with MES and facility/equipment history management systems Certifications such as Electrical Technician, HVAC, Safety Management, etc. Good documentation practices aligned with ISO and regulatory audits English proficiency for communication in a global environment Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
