As a Growth Manager, you’ll support the growth of Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) clients across Korea and Greater China. You’ll play a key role in client onboarding, operational execution, and campaign support. Your work will directly impact client success and help scale Moloco’s advertising business in the region.
The Opportunity:
• Support onboarding clients, coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day client operations, resolving issues and responding to support tickets.
• Contribute to internal enablement materials such as onboarding guides, FAQs, and scalable workflows.
• Assist in client training, troubleshooting, and performance reviews in collaboration with senior team members.
자격 요건
• 3~5 years in digital advertising, eCommerce, or client-facing roles.
• Retail media/mobile/internet industry, ad tech, and ecommerce marketplace are preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships.
• Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to achieve goals.
• Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from the different backgrounds.
• Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding ML and technology is plus.
• Ownership and passions for continuous growth and success.
• Ability to adapt to a fast growing global company.
• Fluency in English and Korean, with proficiency in Chinese, is a strong plus.
