This individual will support the development and implementation of long-range strategies resulting in line optimization. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the most compelling seasonal category assortment execution, balancing harmonized cross-category platform with exceptional expressions. Finally, this individual will partner with the APAC Merchandising Team to drive a consistent approach to the Merchandising function and Go-To-Market activities.

• Build relationships with APAC/Global Merchants and key functional partners.
• Make product presentation session in sales meetings to deliver category strategies and product information.
• Analyze and report on sales performance.
• Engage in market trend research and communicate with APAC/Global Merchants regarding Korea market business and future needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product demand, forecast and inventory levels.

[EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE]
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of merchandising experience with sport or fashion Retail Company
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
