주요업무
Build and maintain strong relationships with major OEMs, particularly Hyundai and Kia, through regular visits, direct mail campaigns, seminars, and conferences.
Collaborate closely with the Global Key Account Manager to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage wallet share, develop sales plans, and implement business expansion strategies.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, including pricing and positioning.
Provide support to existing customers and ongoing programs as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Monitor competitor product performance and failures to identify new sales opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and support the launch of new vehicle programs for potential customers.
Handle commercial negotiations for both new and existing projects in accordance with company policies.
Review account receivables for key accounts and follow up with customers to meet collection targets.
자격 요건
Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
Proven solution sales ability (5+ years) including outstanding negotiation
skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
Understanding OH&S requirements.
Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to interact and liaise with all team members.
Business development and key account management skills.
Flexible and resourceful in the face of challenging situations.
Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers
우대사항
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Proven ability to manage customer revenue by building strong relationships and effectively handling commercial contracts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international and regional accounts, supporting corporate strategy and project management.
Lead commercial and technical discussions with customers.
Drive the RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, develop business cases and quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach to leadership and management.
Demonstrates a growth mindset and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
