▶ Key Accountabilities & KPI (Main task and KPI)
Responsible for leading the communication strategy for Core & Value brands (Hanmac, Filgood, OB Lager). Develop and execute annual communication plans aligned with the overall brand portfolio strategy, ensuring integrated and impactful brand activation across all touchpoints.
Brand Communication Planning
- Develop and execute communication plans for Core & Value brands (Hanmac, Filgood, OB Lager)
- Create annual communication plans aligned with the brand portfolio role and strategy
- Lead the entire process including creative development, content production, PR, and media strategy
Strategic 360 Brand Activation
- Develop strategic 360 brand activation plan, with strong focus on comms strategy.
- Closely cooperate with Brand Experience manager to fully execute IMC initiatives
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze brand performance against KPIs, including sales, brand health and media
- Apply insights from analysis to improve strategies & executions
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution
