Sr. Test Engineer to develop test programs for DDR memory buffer products at module level using ATE infrastructure ・Develop and execute test programs for DDR memory modules at DDR5+ generation. ・Replicate DIMM training algorithms derived from system platforms in ATE environment and collect, aggregate, and analyze data across DIMMs to summarize observations and identify trends. ・Debug memory module performance and identify optimizations and improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 96 months of experience

・Experienced with ATE infrastructure, particularly Advantest ATE testers (93K/HSM) and SmarTest software preferred ・Knowledge of DDR DIMM module ecosystem, preferably DDR5 generation ・Familiarity with DDR trainings and system performance metrics
