주요업무
1. Ensure that Health & Safety is the top priority throughout all phases of the APAC projects.
2. Support Sales during the initiation phase regarding planning, creating the project timeline and the aligning the scope of supply.
3. Initiation and coordination of project optimizing measures in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
4. Coordination and technical management of the Site Managers, Engineers, Logistics Coordinators and external subcontractors.
5. First point of contact for the customer during all phases of the project delivery.
6. Monitoring the project schedule and initiating steering measures where necessary.
7. Control services rendered in regard to quality and cost.
8. Support the Commercial Project Manager with contract and claim management.
9. Continuous internal and external reporting ensuring relevant documentation is maintained.
자격 요건
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification may be preferred.
2. Proficiency in project management techniques, with experience managing complex and cross-function projects is an advantage.
3. Excellent English skills are required, nice to have Second Asia language.
4. Knowledge and experience of SAP would be beneficial.
5. Willingness to travel to project sites in APAC region.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
7. Great communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
8. Have a positive, pro-active approach to working in a team environment along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; Independent and self-motivated working style.
