- Partner with product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Korea.
- Oversee product launch plans, adoption metrics, and strategic partnerships to ensure success.
- Provide consultation, operation and localization on product launches tailored to the Korean market.
Program Development & Localization
- Design and lead unique local programs, while adapting global and regional programs to Korean cultural and market needs.
- Deliver tentpole initiatives such as TikTok Awards, TikTok Creator Summit, and TikTok Publisher Summit to strengthen creator and publisher ecosystems.
- Align programs with product adoption goals, vertical content strategies, and TikTok’s priority initiatives.
Program Operations & Scaling
- Manage daily operations of local programs and optimize performance.
- Standardize best practices through playbooks and scalable frameworks.
- Ensure consistent recognition and appreciation initiatives across all programs.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and deliver market insights to central and regional teams to guide program adaptation.
- Develop and track key metrics to evaluate program success.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with global and regional teams across Creator, Publisher, and Product functions.
- Represent TikTok Korea in cross-functional discussions and regional strategic planning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a local team to achieve excellence.
