This role will lead KR S&OP and manage supply planning for part of the portfolio that Korea carries as a key member of the organization, and extensive opportunity of exposure to the global team will be given. This role will interface with various global SCM teams, local Marketing & Finance and JV partners as well as KR SCM team including Logistics/DP, RA and 3PL. Acting with autonomy, this role is ideal for someone who seeks for challenges and growth to be a leader in the future.
주요업무
• Based on bottom-up forecast from JV, manage monthly split and Qtr/FY S&OP according to launching plan as well as supply situation and load forecast into system
• Identify and list Risks & Opportunities
• Place bi-weekly orders and communicate any cuts or production delays on core items with JV/MFT
• Follow up on forecast increase/decrease with JV and request additional supply to global SCM where needed
• Optimize inventory management to
i) secure flawless replenishment and on-time delivery to JV;
ii) optimize inventory positions (minimize ageing/ excess risks)
• Oversee the inbound shipments, provide feedback on risks and suggest gap-fill items to avoid sales loss
• Maintain S&OP deck with up-to-date product master and supply information from global SCM
• Weekly or bi-weekly connect with Hub DRP and APAC CS
• Close communication on monthly purchase plan with JV for forecast accuracy
• Prepare and lead S&OP and KPI meeting
• Month-end sales and inventory reconciliation and submit offline market reports
• Order cut and sell-out data analysis and intervene JV forecast where needed
자격 요건
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Demand/Supply planning OR other SCM field, preferably in FMCG industry
• Advanced user of Excel
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English and Korean, both written and verbal
• Proven record of quick adaptability and fast learner
• Positive and flexible mindset/passion to learn and improve
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
