Reporting to the Training and Education Manager, the position requires close collaboration and working alignment with the local commercial and marketing teams for program prioritization and implementation. The position focuses on creating and implementing programs that support Sales Force Training and Medical Education Pathways. The aim is to develop therapy knowledge and application skills of sales and health care professionals involved in the management of focus therapy in Neurovascular assigned portfolios. The role will require also execution of procedural and clinical education programs for targeted group of HCPs in alignment to OUs strategic objectives. Strong engagement with key local key opinion leaders is also a foundational pillar to this role. Serves as an expert in designing local context educational programs and raises the bar by creating and implementing new strategies and educational programs to help drive procedural adoption through safe & effective use training.

• Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. • Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. • Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. • May utilize trainers with technical expertise. • Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

• At least 3-5 years background in the medical devices business area is required.
