The main role is to validate and develop test programs that can properly verify the product's performance until it is designed and mass-produced. Working with R&D to verify the legitimacy of the program and to ensure that appropriate test code algorithms and test conditions are developed. It is to ensure that there are no problems with the performance/characteristics of each material and to ensure that the specifications are met when made into the product. (Production experience is plus)

-7+ years of product engineering experience in the RF semiconductor(e.g. PA, LNA, switch and filter) industry or related backend. -Good skills of data analysis, and characterization. -Effective written and spoken interpersonal skills in English. -Good personality with creative -Programming language skills (Python, Java, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, Go, Cotlin, Swift, etc.), software tools and collaboration skills (GitHub/Jira/smartsheet) benefit. -RF measurements and characterisation skills is plus - bachelor's degree (or above) in Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines. Msc/PhD is a plus
