Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process
• Partner with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to fulfill their recruitment needs of the business including the definition and implementation of the recruitment plan in a timely and consultative approach
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from the business needs definition to the candidate offer stage
• Foster a collaborative partnership with hiring teams to define & deliver diverse, innovative local and regional talent sourcing and selection strategies
• Leverage our ATS and other tools and employ leading edge data analytics elevating your ability to target, identify and attract the right talented and diverse profiles for today and tomorrow
• Maintain regular contact with potential candidates managing candidate pipelines in our recruitment management system and other relevant databases
• Manage and drive compensation process, adhering to policies, working with key stakeholders
• Manage third party recruitment firms as needed
Define and implement talent sourcing & selection strategies
• Partnering with the hiring team and manager to define and deploy the talent sourcing and pipeline management strategy to locate viable candidate pools. Provide market intelligence and historical data of previous searches
• Define the most relevant candidate selection process and behavior-based interview guides related to each position in order to assess the best profiles
• Coach interview stakeholders for proper screening techniques, utilize and enforce a consistent interviewing experience
• Provide weekly updates and insights on talent market or candidate pool throughout the
interviewing lifecycle
Promote and enhance the 3DS Employer branding
• Promote and enhance our employer brand with the hiring team’s support by Developing our presence on social networks, participating in university events and job fairs, communicating with prospective candidates
• Express our Employment Value Proposition on communication campaigns and materials
• Research, propose, and refine strategies to best attract top talent through various channels online and offline
• Post and promote jobs on local job boards following 3DS guidelines
