What you’d be responsible for:
strategic planning of various cosmetic sales Platforms that involves managing short, and mid-long-term strategies to achieve the platform sales growth & target, effectively executing them with cross-functional departments, including Sales, SCM, Marketing, etc.

- Collaborate with the Platform Sales Team to plan & execute an effective & profitable sales strategy
- Proactively optimize & manage sales system/process operation workflow to achieve the metric goals
- Set & track sales targets & manage channels
- Proactively collect customer and sales team feedback, build up & coordinate Product portfolio and price guide to continuously optimize balanced growth between multi channels and develop a profitable & innovative market-fit product
- Well known for E-commerce & H&B market
자격 요건
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Strategy/planning experience, Sales/ trade marketing.
- Analytical & data-driven mindset & work ethics
- Proficient in Excel/Presentation, excellent communication skills, and business acumen
- Strategic planning ability to reproduce platform sales success cases
- Business Fluency in English
