• Support the Legal Director, APAC, • Develop an understanding of the company’s products, services, and commercial operations to provide commercially relevant legal advice. • Assist in identifying legal and regulatory risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions. Contribute to legal and compliance initiatives to promote ethical conduct and risk mitigation across APAC markets.

• Qualified lawyer in Australia or England & Wales • 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including in-house counsel work Strong background in commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters • Fluency in English & Korean
