*CANDIDATE PROFILE This position will be mainly responsible for overseeing the overall brand universe, with a stronger focus on the luxury category (including premium collections and accessories). It is essential for the role to understand the company’s vision and brand philosophy to ensure on-brand communication, while possessing deep insight into the fashion and luxury industry in Korea to differentiate the brand from competitors. English language proficiency is mandatory. * MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Marketing Planning & Execution - Brand & Retail Marketing Activations - Market Insight & Stakeholder Relations - Reporting & Management

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury fashion and lifestyle and beauty - Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns or premium events - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English - Deep understanding of the Korean luxury consumer landscape and culture - Passion for storytelling, brand building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences - Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive team player
