• Develop merchandising strategies for the market and define product mix of RTW and Shoes
• Build seasonal buying strategy & product assortment plan to achieve targeted sales projections and sell–thru for the market
• Partner effectively with cross functional team to make key decisions on OTB budget and to deliver the strategic decision in line with our brand guidelines
• Consolidate constructive feedback on product and collection for categories
• Work closely with Supply chain team to make the allocation plan, ensure the optimal stock flow and maximize the sales opportunities across the seasons
• Create and analyze regular report to propose appropriate action to take in the categories
• Work closely with retail team to deliver the clear product strategies and maximize the sales and sell through in line with the global guidelines
• Collaboratively work with VM team on product launches, new store opening, events and monthly floor-set
• Work closely with Training team to deliver product insight for clienteling
• Analyze sales data on a regular basis to gain a comprehensive commercial result
• Monitor competitor activities and track regional fashion trends and competitive movements to keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury market.
Key requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion related major
• Minimum 12years of merchandising experiences in fashion and luxury brands
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft tools
• In-depth understanding of local fashion market and commercial acumen
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• Willing to work under dynamic environments
• Communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders
