You will support the Harp Cell Leader in managing all production activities related to Heat Recovery Steam Generator Harp fabrication. The main objectives include ensuring adherence to the production schedule, securing product quality, maintaining workplace safety, and improving operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with departments such as Welding, Assembly, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to establish and operate a stable and efficient production system.

• Manage daily and weekly production processes to achieve the Harp Cell’s production targets • Optimize productivity by managing manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and material flow through subcontractors • Ensure all fabrication activities are performed in accordance with safety, quality, and process standards • Review fabrication drawings and guide accurate assembly and welding operations • Verify compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and lead activities to improve weld quality • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, cost, and delivery • Collaborate with Production Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth production operations • Support technical training and qualification management for welders and fabricators • Compile and report production performance and key metrics to enhance management efficiency

• Minimum 3 years in HRSG, Boiler or Pressure Vessel fabrication or similar business. Bachelor's Degree (preferred majors: Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering). Practical knowledge of welding and assembly processes for pressure parts Experience in fabrication site management preferred Basic understanding of ASME Section I, VIII, and IX standards Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and perform basic process management Strong communication and problem-solving skills
