주요업무
• Handle customer quality issue (FAR - Failure Analysis Request) for Automotive in Korea
• Quality spills and incident handling
• Generate Failure analysis and 8D report
• Support customer quality during design-in of customer application module
• Manage customer inquiry (product-related documentation such as Q-pack (Qualification package) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process))
• Support customer quality training (Semiconductor manufacturing process, QM process, ESD awareness training, Quality system)
• Semiconductor qualification knowledge (AEC Q101 and AQG 324)
• Customer quality audit support
자격 요건
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry as Quality or Process engineer with customer interface
• Experience in semiconductor industry operation, quality management methodology and quality employed in Automotive
• Experience as a customer interface / customer quality engineer is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills (5 whys, fault tree analysis including 8 discipline knowledge, risk assessment of quality problem)
• Knowledge of semiconductor frontend, backend process
• Knowledge of failure analysis methodology and quality system (e.g. PPAP)
• Knowledge for Automotive application is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English
• Cooperative / positive aptitude
