WHAT THIS ROLE IS We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior consultant to support our Workplace Strategy practice in Korea. This role is an excellent opportunity for a new professional to learn the fundamentals of workplace consulting. You will assist in delivering workplace consulting and change management projects under the guidance of senior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support client engagements and assist in project coordination - Prepare meeting materials and assist in client communications - Support research and analysis of workplace trends, user needs, and organizational data - Assist in developing strategic recommendations and design guidelines - Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support project insights - Assist in communication or collaboration with internal and external architecture/design teams to ensure alignment with workplace strategy - Support the development of change management materials and communication tools - Actively participate in internal training and self-study to build expertise in workplace strategy and consulting methodologies - Occasional travel to client sites depending on project needs

More specifically, you are someone who: - Possess a strong interest in how physical and digital workplaces impact organizational culture and employee experience - Have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn how to translate data into meaningful insights - Are genuinely curious about the ‘future of work’ and possess a strong desire for continuous learning - Have an interest in Human-Centric Design and Activity-Based Working (ABW) principles - A high level of adaptability and resilience; ability to stay positive, communicative, and solution-oriented when facing complex challenges or ambiguity In addition, having the following qualifications is required: - 1–4 years of related experience (or strong internship/academic experience) in consulting, real estate, architecture, workspace planning/design, or corporate planning - Bachelor’s degree or higher - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Analytical thinking and attention to detail - Ability to handle and organize loads of data and assist in presenting findings clearly - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in handling and visualizing the insights and findings from loads of data points - Fluent in Korean and English Please Note: This is a strategy consulting role, not a design execution or project management role. The ideal candidate is a 'Workplace Strategist' in training who provides critical thinking and framework that informs and guides the design process.
