• BSEE or equivalent technical degree [Computer Science, Physics, etc] or field/practical experience – MBA (Preferred)
• 7-10 years of direct customer support experience, in semiconductor/ATE industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor equipment, subsystems and support
• Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, including Field/Sales Support organizations, spanning all organizational levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
