Accounting&Administration Manager
We are looking for an Accounting & Administration Manager to lead the accounting operations and general affairs functions for the Korea branch. This position reports to the Country Manager and works closely with the Headquarters Finance Team in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- General ledger, accounts payable, petty cash, invoicing, and taxation (resident tax, withholding tax, property tax, import/export VAT)
- Fixed asset and inventory management
- Leased asset management (telephones, vehicles, booths, service jigs, IFRS-related assets)
- Handle monthly forecasts and periodic settlements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage employee travel and office expenses
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Prepare various financial and administrative documents for clients and government authorities
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) and SAO Management, including SAP HANA 4 system operations
- Manage fee transitions (mobile, Wi-Fi, rental cars, health checkups)
- Report directly to the Country Manager and Headquarters
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
