• Review business operations processes and assess improvement potentials with respective users (process owners and department heads) • Analyze business goals and market pain points to design and integrate digital functionalities into current business processes • Train and test out AI models for market's use cases in alignment with HQ and region • Share use cases with other subsidiaries and internal stakeholders for cross-learning and idea generation • Track and analyze changes in operations KPIs and communicate with HQ • Conduct various global assessments with business departments (Compliance & Governance, Individual Data Processing, Internal Control System, etc) • Hands-on support on various digitalization topics in the market

• Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance or equivalent • 5+ years development experience with Process innovation • Fluent both in written and spoken English • Experience in the vehicle & finance industry (preferred) • Understanding of IT and recent IT trends, especially in AI • Great team player and able to build close working relationships with business partners for seamless functioning • Steering multi-stakeholder tasks effectively with clear and strong communication skills • Determination to resolve challenges • Attention to details • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently • Project management experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
