1. Senior Segment Strategy Development & Governance
• Lead the overall senior segment strategic direction, including value proposition, customer journey, and long-term growth priorities.
• Establish governance to align distribution, product, customer teams on key initiatives, ensuring consistent execution.
• Monitor initiative outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational KPIs and strategic goals.
2. Distribution Strategy Integration & Support
• Translate senior segment strategies into actionable channel programs.
• Provide insights and tools enhance channel capability in engaging senior customers, including lead models, new partnerships, sales journey, and campaign frameworks.
• Track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
3. Business Project Coordination
• Assist in the development of strategic business cases (e.g., campaign proposals, new business initiatives)
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approval and implementation of cases
• Monitor project timelines and resource alignment
4. Other Strategic Tasks
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reportion as directed by the team leader
• Support ongoing strategic projects aligned with organizational goals
5. Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
