■ Roles and Responsibilities - Operate, maintain and optimize SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes, particularly within B2B order management - Also operate and support the in-house B2B system (OrderTool and etc) - Manage system integrations between e-commerce platforms and SAP ERP to ensure accurate data flow and synchronization - Analyze transactional data and system reports to identify process improvements and support decision-making - Handle user requests and provide functional support related to order processing, invoicing, and returns - Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) to align SAP functionality with business needs - Participate in SAP roll-outs, upgrades, and enhancement projects, acting as the liaison for B2B requirements - Support the testing and implementation of new system features and process enhancements - Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all B2B transactions within SAP

■ Technical Competencies - 5+ years of hands-on experience for B2B industry with SAP skills , - application management including SIT/UAT, and a variety of other solutions of B2B - Familiarity with integration between SAP and order related legacy systems - Strong understanding of order fulfilment, pricing, invoicing and returns processes in SAP ECC version - Have any experience of handling for middleware (e.g PI/PO, ESB) which linked with SAP and others ■ Business Competencies - Working experiences in IT service management (Business Requirements, IT Services, ITIL, Etc) - Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose practical solutions - Self-motivated, able to work independently and responsible, ownership for application and its innovation. - Business communication skills in English
