- Responsible for primary packaging material (mainly for can, glass bottle, crown, PET bottle… ) sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management and innovation - Implement category and sourcing strategy - Understand supply and demand market, category supply market & cost structure - Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis - Cooperate with cross functions to support the innovation project; stakeholder management - Have an insight in innovation and new supplier development to deliver savings/cost optimization in total supply chain cost - Supply security management - Collaborate with global and APAC HQ

• Education - University Degree or equivalent • Critical skills needed for success in this position - Languages: English & Korean as the working language - 5 years of procurement Sourcing experience - Project management experience - Analytical skills - Stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset - Knowledge and experience in Packaging materials preferred - Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus
