주요업무

Strategic & Analytical Thinking • Systematically investigates business questions to establish facts and generate insights • Identifies methods for collecting and analyzing data; articulate finding clearly • Measures and assesses business performance, customer satisfaction, and program effectiveness Market & Competitive Intelligence • Develops deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics • Gathers and shares competitive intelligence to inform strategy and marketing approach Communication & Influence (internal/external stakeholders • Creates clear and concise communication skills • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Collaborates effectively across teams (across regions) and builds trust with stakeholders Resource & Project Management • Evaluate team/market needs and secure resources effectively • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and impact Customer Centric Approach • Always brainstorm approaches/messages that enable customers, bringing them along the journey at every stage of the lifecycle • Understand the importance of local relevancy and messaging. Ensure consistency in voice and tone across touchpoints

자격 요건

• Build and drive improvements in alignment between data science, product, analytics, and marketing teams on program plans. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset • Ability to influence peers and stakeholders • Curious, growth mindset • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong hands-on execution skills to activate growth strategies and lead projects from insights to implementation • Ability to identify growth levers and translate them into actionable plans with measurable outcomes Experience & Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience • 5+ years for Bachelor's • Experience in a cross-functional, data-driven environment preferred • Develops and drives significant and sustained change and performance improvement from data-driven insights in a number of different areas or contexts.
