▶ 포지션 소개 Analyze and manage alternative investments including Private Equity, Private Credit, and other non-traditional assets. Conduct research, monitor performance and risk, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust investment decisions. ▶ 담당 업무 1. Assess and evaluate Alternative Investment products such as PE(Private equity), PC(Private credit), etc. 2. Implementation of Follow-up management for alternative products. • Monitor performance and risk of alternative investment assets • Monitor alternative asset markets and perform fundamental research • Report on invested alternative assets • Risk review of alternative investment 3. Develop and maintain the internal guidelines of investment assessment and investment management. • Drive and enhance assessment processes and tools 4. Work with internal / external stakeholders on investment assessment.

• 10+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of various types of alternative assets • Understanding of global macro- economic environment and responsible markets across alternative assets / geographies / sectors • Experience in SMA and Fund investments • 2+ years of alternative assessment experience (Negotiable) • Database management and power-point knowledge • Understanding of AIA Business and Strategy • Critical thinking to anticipate risks in preparing and presenting investment assessment.
