Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to coordinate and support all aspects of marketing and sales efforts by actively collaborating with marketing and sales staff within the Neurovascular (NV) business in South Korea.
This role is responsible for leading strategic planning and execution to drive business growth within the neurovascular endovascular therapy portfolio, including coils and flow diversion devices for the hemorrhagic business. The position plays a key role in shaping market strategy, leading new product launches, and ensuring effective commercial execution. It requires close collaboration with the Sales team as well as cross-functional teams, including QRA, SCM, Finance, and Training & Education, and strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders. Understanding of neurovascular procedures and product applications is required. The role engages primarily with key customers in the Neurovascular Surgery (NS) society, as well as other relevant stakeholders, and reports to the Marketing Manager, working alongside a peer responsible for the neurovascular ischemic business.
