Management
- Manage the end-to-end process to operate on-line campaigns
- Contents verifying & development for .Com channel optimization.
- Monitor and manage daily order and logistics processes to ensure seamless operations and address any operational or sales-related issues.
- Establish strategies to minimize out of stock and items to carry the most optimized stock level by having the ownership of .Com channel inventory
- Communicate new launches, local campaigns and promotion plan with Global eCom team. Develop and deliver .Com revenue and ROI objectives/KPI target according to budgets.
- Use appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate goals and performance of .Com activities
- Work closely with the SCM, CS and marketing to drive .Com sales.
- Administrative support for on demand if necessary
- Coordinate with global teams to identify, escalate, and resolve backend or system-related issues affecting site operations.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop newsletter content, manage audience targeting, and oversee scheduling.
- Lead local initiatives and UAT testing for new system developments, ensuring smooth rollout and alignment with global project plans.
2. Digital marketing & Communication Management
- Effective execution of search engine marketing (Naver and Google) in alignment with local marketing objectives based on pervious performance and search trend to boost sales, to make traffic into .Com for seamless consumer journey
- Drive .Com contents and supports to make consumer journey more effectively and user-friendly.
- Localize English content provided by the global team into Korean for site operations
- Effectively manage cost of campaign and channel advertising via ROI
- Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen premium brand visibility, reach targeted audiences, and enhance sell-out and brand awareness.
- Develop and improve order & delivery process with SCM team / CS team
3. Reporting
- Report regularly to the manager on weekly and monthly KPIs, including site performance metrics and revenue-related results
- Address ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests as needed
