• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operation teams to align operational strategies and support business goals.
• Quota & Territory Management: Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories, quotas, and incentive plans.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales operations activities.
