Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Management
Oversee end-to-end financial operations: accounting, monthly/quarterly closing, tax filings, compliance, and audit.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L monitoring, and financial performance analysis.
Ensure adherence to local GAAP, IFRS, and corporate financial policies.
Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Lead cashflow management, payment approvals, and financial risk controls.
Collaborate closely with APAC Finance and Global HQ on reporting, controlling, and process improvements.
Support business decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
2. HR Management
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Drive HR policies and ensure compliance with Korean labor law and corporate HR standards.
Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll operations, and annual HR programs (evaluation, promotion, salary review).
Foster a positive organizational culture, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as HR business partner to the Country Manager, providing guidance on organization development, workforce planning, and capability building.
Liaise with APAC HR on global HR initiatives and ensure local execution.
