We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Management Specialist to join our team in Cheongju. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. You will collaborate closely with logistics service providers (LSPs) and internal stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support key operational cycles such as quarter-end closing. This is a 2-year contract position with opportunities to expand your expertise and play a critical role in strengthening warehouse performance.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy. • Support scrap, return, and compliance-related processes within SAP. • Coordinate with LSPs and internal functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance) to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse flows. • Monitor and report warehouse KPIs, such as stock accuracy, timely GR/DO posting, and operational lead times. • Provide front-line support for operational issues and assist in implementing improved workflows. • Contribute to system updates, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and compliance.

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (ERP/SAP experience preferred). • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work under tight timelines and support critical cycles, including quarter-end closing. • Good command of English for effective business communication. Nice to have: • Background in telecom or technology supply chain operations. • Familiarity with compliance procedures and scrap handling processes.
