A DAY IN THE LIFE:
e-Com Channel Management
• Develop and implement e-Commerce sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve revenue, profitability, and key performance KPIs.
• Lead online merchandising and assortment planning based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotional plans, leveraging market and competitor insights to strengthen the brand’s competitive position.
• Drive sales performance through in-depth data analysis and on-site media placement management, continuously optimizing customer journey and conversion.
• Lead and develop relationships with key online partners and vendors, negotiating and executing joint business plans to maximize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and accelerate sales through media, advocacy, sampling.
• Manage end-to-end e-Commerce operation process to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment, including sales forecasting, budget and P&L tracking, stock and price competitiveness management.
