Demand planning: Lead S&OP process and reporting to internal stakeholders and IBP Sales forecast validation by analysis and understanding on historical data, latest trend and promotional activities considering budget and supply status Supply planning & Stock management: Ensure optimal stock levels by monitoring purchase orders and analyzing inventory status Risk Mitigation: Improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels to minimize business risks.

Demand planning Responsible for forecasting management by operating the planning system according to the planned schedule Develop and maintain an annual budget structure that is correctly divided for all SKUs and hold related meetings regularly at the right time Agree and adjust the budget, and actively communicate with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Analyze and advise various sales data that have been carried out Inventory control Responsible for inventory management through system management and execution in accordance with the schedule designated by the company to achieve the purpose Hold meetings with cross-functional teams to regularly review the latest inventory levels, analyze excess inventory, and discuss depletion plans. Communicate actively for excess inventory and supply status Analyze SLOB status and drive runout considering expiry dates and destruction plans Manage urgent supply issues by coordinating with relevant teams and implementing contingency plans considering lead time, business priorities, and inventory levels. Project management Participate actively and execute special project Based on the approved plan, executes the project within the specified time line

8+ years’ experience in SCM Demand planning experience in FMCG industry Strong Excel and analytical skills Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and planning tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and teamwork English proficiency – business level required

Preferred proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
