• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Naver, and Coupang to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate).
• Manage in-house channels: campaign setup, A/B testing, targeting, bidding, and tracking (pixels, GA4, GTM).
• Guide agency partners, review strategies, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Analyze performance data, optimize budgets. Share learnings with the team and provide actionable reporting.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and create compelling ad copy.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and collaborate with regional/global teams.
CRM & E-commerce Marketing
• Lead email campaigns: planning, automation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Manage CRM tools (ex. Klaviyo, Lipscore, etc.) and promotional mechanics to drive engagement and retention.
• Deliver personalized experiences via marketing automation and monitor customer lifecycle metrics.
• Work with agencies when needed to execute new CRM initiatives and to ensure quality delivery.
Affiliate Marketing
• Own and grow the affiliate program: manage publisher relationships, optimize commissions, and expand partnerships.
• Track performance data and identify growth opportunities.
E-commerce Local Support
• Act as local contact for Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia, aligning with global D2C team.
• Support localization, webshop functionality, and promotional calendar alignment.
• Facilitate communication between local sales and global operations.
Future Growth
• Research emerging platforms and regional e-commerce trends.
• Provide insights for expansion plan and lead new channel initiatives.
