Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy in alignment with Group standards.
- Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of communication strategy, including but not limited to localization of global marketing campaigns, alignment of dealer network marketing activities, and enhancement of digital communication channels.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing & Customer Experience department to achieve company’s revenue objectives, while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and manage the CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Implement CRM processes for customer interaction management, data analysis, and insights-driven decision-making, and extend CRM best practices to the dealer organization.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and execute local event marketing activities such as product launch events, BRAND Community events and BRAND Club Korea initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Products & Services, After Sales & Network Development to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment. Work with external vendors and agencies to support specialized marketing needs.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives, monitor expanses and report budget performance.
Key Requirements
- Over 20 years of relevant experience, including more than 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strong track record of driving team performance
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skill
