Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and targets.
- Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with wholesale distributors, modern trade, and key accounts in beauty and skincare.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize revenue and profit.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations and brand alignment.
- Coach and support sales team members to achieve results.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – 전공 무관
- 2+ years of sales experience in beauty, skincare, consumer healthcare, FMCG, fashion, watches, or jewelry, including at least 3 years in management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Skilled in negotiation and strategic thinking.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Willing to travel.
