• 5+ years of experience in technology architecture, designing and implementing scalable, resilient systems. FIG (Financial Institutions Group) experience is a plus, not mandatory. • Ability to align IT and business priorities to deliver impactful solutions. Ability to shape long-term solution strategies and influence architectural roadmaps. • Expertise in defining project scope, managing client-serving contexts, and driving successful implementations. • Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Strong understanding of architectural design principles for cloud-native and hybrid solutions with hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Expertise in modern deployment and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, SecDevOps). • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., Express, React).Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with DevOps methodologies and Agile development practices.Experience conducting technical feasibility assessments for large-scale projects, evaluating risks, tradeoffs, and benefits. • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Fluent in both Korean and English to collaborate with local and global teams.
